2025 School Days Dance

January 31st, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Embassy Suites Hotel in downtown Amarillo

Rekindle the magic of high school dances with an evening full of dinner, drinks, and unforgettable memories. Strike a pose at the photo booth, hit the dance floor, and enter to win fabulous door prizes. Show someone you care by sending them a rose, or treat yourself with a chance to win something special in the wine pull. You could even be crowned the king or queen of the night! Plus, by purchasing tickets to this event, you’ll be funding grants for Texas Panhandle teachers that they can use to purchase classroom needs that aren’t covered by school budgets. A night of love, laughter, and giving – this is one event you won’t want to miss!

The ECU Foundation is honoring all previously purchased sponsorship tiers, as long as the associated benefits are still available. Those benefits, such as valet parking, will be provided as promised. However, please note that these benefits are no longer available for purchase, and the currents sponsorship tiers are the only options available at this time.

The ECU Foundation encourages guests to dress stylishly for a night of dancing and celebration, with cocktail attire or business professional attire. We want everyone to feel elegant and comfortable while enjoying the evening.

Yes! Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner provided by the Embassy, included with your ticket. There will be two main course options available to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. Drinks will also be available throughout the evening, though the number of complimentary drinks varies depending on your sponsorship level. Additional drinks will be available for individual purchase.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking around the Embassy, including a lot directly across from the event center on Pierce Street. The ECU Foundation recommends that guests enter through the west or south doors for the easiest access to the event space.
